Ian Sergo

Ian Sergo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ian is currently working as the Director of Business Development at AcuTech Consulting Group since July 2023. Prior to this, Ian held various roles at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) from 2011 to 2023, including Senior Director, Industry Technology Consortia - Executive Director, DIPPR and Senior Director, Business Solutions - Executive Director, DIPPR. Ian also served as a Sales Director at AIChE from 2016 to 2017. Before joining AIChE, Ian worked at Inglenook Engineering, Inc. as a Business Development Manager from 2015 to 2016. Ian also held positions at Lloyd's Register Energy Americas, Inc., Lloyd's Register Celerity3, Inc., Celerity3 Engineering, Inc., and COGNASCENTS Consulting Group, Inc. Ian has extensive experience in business development, sales, and leadership roles.

Ian Sergo attended Rice University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Prior to that, Ian Sergo completed their high school education at Darien High School. In addition, they received a Certificate of Completion in AMA's 5-Day MBA Workshop from the American Management Association in 2010.
