Jason Pruitt

Jason Pruitt is an experienced professional in real estate and facilities management, currently serving as Senior Director of Real Estate and Facilities at ACV Auctions since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jason held positions including Director of New Market Expansion and Strategy at Flexcar, and Senior Director of Real Estate, Construction, Facilities & Design at CarLotz. Additional experience includes significant roles at CarMax, spanning from Corporate Counsel (Real Estate) to Senior Real Estate Manager, as well as a tenure as Real Estate Attorney at Hirschler Fleischer. Jason began his career as a Real Estate Consultant/Lead Analyst at CarMax and served as the Town Planner for the Town of Cape Charles. Jason's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Richmond School of Law, a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from William & Mary.
