Makai Shriner

Makai Shriner is a Client Solutions Specialist at Ad Astra, Inc. since February 2023, with previous experience as a Retail Sales Specialist at REI and as a Customer Engagement Assistant at adaQuest. At REI, Makai supported customers with inquiries and collaborated with management to maintain visual merchandising standards. While at adaQuest, responsibilities included assisting sales in the Pacific Northwest, managing leads and marketing lists in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and creating a database of leads. Makai holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Oregon State University and previously studied at Linfield University.
