Emma Fremming

Emma’s responsibilities include assisting internal consultants in relation to customer delivery including preparation of materials and assistance with project meetings, and various independent activities. Emma brings great energy and commitment to the A&D team to support consultants and customers select the right people, develop talents and build great leaders.

Her educational background in business and psychology combined with her years with A&D provides her with a solid understanding of the business and insight in the use of personality assessments within A&D and the client communities.

Emma has earned a Master´s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from CBS, Copenhagen Business School. In addition, Emma is Hogan Assessment certified.
