Deputy Director Business Operations at Ada County Highway District (ACHD)

Jennifer Berenger is currently the Deputy Director of Business Operations and also serves as the Deputy Director of the Maintenance and Operations Division at the Ada County Highway District (ACHD) since February 2020. In addition, Jennifer is a Board Director for the American Freedom Fighters program at the JetPack23 Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans. Prior experience includes a distinguished 22-year career in the United States Air Force, where Jennifer held various leadership roles, including Deputy Commander for multiple mission support groups, Chief Division Head for range management, and Chief of Budget Analysis, among others. Jennifer's education includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and completion of military colleges such as the USAF Air War College. Additionally, Jennifer served as a Military Observer for the United Nations in 2005.
