Danijela Matrak

Danijela Matrak has diverse work experience in various industries. Danijela started their career as an Office Assistant at Credit Data Idaho Inc in 2000. In 2007, they worked as an Agent at United American Insurance Company. Danijela then worked as a Technical Support Agent at WDS in 2010, followed by a role as a Customer Service Sales Associate at Qwest Communications in 2011. In 2012, they joined Teleperformance as a Representative, where they handled a high volume of incoming calls, processed payments, and resolved customer issues. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Walmart, initially as a Cashier and then as a Certified Optician ABOC. In 2018, they became the Vision Center Manager, responsible for managing the vision center. Additionally, they have experience working at Ada County, Idaho as an Election Day Poll Worker and Chief Judge.

Danijela Matrak's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Informational Technology Management from Boise State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they attended Boise State University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in both General Business Management and International Business. In addition to their academic qualifications, Danijela obtained certification from the American Board of Opticianry in November 2016.
