Danijela Matrak has diverse work experience in various industries. Danijela started their career as an Office Assistant at Credit Data Idaho Inc in 2000. In 2007, they worked as an Agent at United American Insurance Company. Danijela then worked as a Technical Support Agent at WDS in 2010, followed by a role as a Customer Service Sales Associate at Qwest Communications in 2011. In 2012, they joined Teleperformance as a Representative, where they handled a high volume of incoming calls, processed payments, and resolved customer issues. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Walmart, initially as a Cashier and then as a Certified Optician ABOC. In 2018, they became the Vision Center Manager, responsible for managing the vision center. Additionally, they have experience working at Ada County, Idaho as an Election Day Poll Worker and Chief Judge.
