Michelle Chang

Michelle Chang has over 10 years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Digital Media Consultant for Ada Diamonds Inc. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Owner and Photographer for Michelle Chang Photography, where they grew the business from the ground up to +50 clients annually, designed and developed a website and social media brand, and project managed multi-day client schedules to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Co-Owner of Izumi Restaurant-Sushi Bar, where they managed day to day operations and back-office responsibilities, made primary decisions for pricing, staff hiring, and vendor selection, and engaged with the community and social media to provide actionable feedback to the business. In 2010, they worked as Topaz Hotel Services for Topaz Hotel Management, where they answered or made calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services, informed clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, and took part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.

Michelle Chang obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from California State University - East Bay between 2008 and 2010, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Michelle also holds an Associate's degree from Sierra College, obtained between 2005 and 2007. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Attract and Engage Customers with Digital Marketing from Coursera in November 2022 and Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Coursera.
