Ben Riggleman

Ben Riggleman began their work experience in 1997 as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Team Lead at Target and later at Lowe's Companies, Inc. In 2005, they served as an I.T. Specialist at Lenawee Intermediate School District. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at ADP as an Implementation Consultant III. Ben then joined Deloitte as a Senior System Architect from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they became the Lead System Developer/Manager Data Exchange at Aptiv.

Their most recent roles include being the VP of Engineering at Shoptelligence from 2018 to 2019, where they achieved an 82% reduction in infrastructure costs and optimized systems. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering at AdAdapted, where they have successfully scaled the engineering team and maintained a high retention rate.

Ben Riggleman attended Siena Heights University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Ben has also obtained additional certifications. In February 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster™ (CSM™) through Scrum Alliance™. Furthermore, in March 2022, Ben completed a course on "Inspiring and Motivating Individuals" offered by Coursera and received a certification for it.
