Akhilesh Sharma

Akhilesh Sharma began their career in 2005 as a Trainee at Medoex GMH P Company. In 2009, they joined Serco as an HR Executive, where they were responsible for interviewing candidates for prospective Line Staff positions, ensuring Staff and Manager awareness of HR Policies and procedures, and designing Health & Safety policies and procedures in conjunction with the HR Manager. In 2010, they moved to Adecco India as a Sr. Consultant, where they were responsible for senior and middle level Recruitment for FMCG, Telecom, IT, and Consumer Durable sectors. In 2012, they joined Adamant HR Consulting Pvt.Ltd. as Director HR, where they were responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategy for HR management and development, establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development, monitoring, measuring, and reporting on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievement, managing and developing direct reporting staff, managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets, and liaising with other functional/departmental heads.

Akhilesh Sharma has a diverse educational background. Akhilesh obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SSITM Aligarh in 2009, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from Dr.BRAU Agra UP in 2006, and a 12th in PCME from SRK Inter college Kotla Firozabad in 1996.
