Jessica Rose is a highly experienced culinary professional with a background in hospitality management and culinary arts from the State University of New York at Delhi. Currently serving as a Beer Retail Supervisor at The Academy since June 2022, Jessica also holds a position as a Cook at Adams Fairacre Farms. Previous roles include Photographer at Lifetouch National School Studios and various cooking positions at Guest Services, Inc., Sur La Table, Aroma Osteria, The Cold Spring Depot, The Ocean House, and an internship at Aureole.
