Kevin Jones

Kevin Jones currently serves as Operating Partner at Searchlight Capital Partners and Chief Executive Officer at Adams Outdoor, both roles held since May 2024. Previously, Jones held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Calabrio, Inc. from January 2023 to February 2024, and led Rackspace Technology as Chief Executive Officer from April 2019 to November 2022. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at MV Transportation, DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Dell, where responsibilities spanned operational turnarounds, general management, and enterprise services. Jones began a career at Electronic Data Systems, progressing through various senior management positions, and holds a BBA in Finance from James Madison University and additional education from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
