Deb Brooks

Deb Brooks is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for the Western Division of Adams Publishing Group LLC since March 2018. Concurrently, Deb holds the position of Human Resources Manager at APD Western Division and has been the HR Director at Skagit Publishing since April 1987. Deb Brooks obtained a PHR degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Seattle Pacific University and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Everett Community College.
