Mila Buschmann

Mila assists with the coordination, review, and documentation of investments made by Adams Street and its managed entities. In addition, she supports the structuring and formation of pooled investment funds, and client contracts. She also advises on legal matters with respect to the daily operations of client portfolios and responds to client requests.

Prior to joining Adams Street, Mila was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. In this role, she represented fund sponsors in the formation and operation of their private investment funds.
