Neelesh Agarwal

Neelesh Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain finance and relationship management. Currently serving as Regional Manager (DVP) - Supply Chain Finance at Mahindra Finance since January 2024, Neelesh previously held leadership roles at Adani Capital, including Team Lead - Partnerships & Alliances and Senior Relationship Manager. Neelesh's career also includes significant experience at YES BANK as Senior Manager and Manager, Emerging Corporates, alongside leadership in academic initiatives as President of the FMS Scholastic Council. Early career experiences include operations and engineering roles at Amazon, Altair, and Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India. Neelesh holds an M.B.A. from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
