Dr. Pradeep Nerayanuri

Dr. Pradeep Nerayanuri's work experience includes various roles in the field of learning and development, talent management, and human resources.

Dr. Pradeep currently serves as the Head of Learning & Organization Development at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd since 2024.

Prior to that, Dr. Nerayanuri worked at Tata Steel from 2016 to 2023, holding positions such as Chief Talent Management & HRM Delivery Services, Chief Talent Management, and Head of Tata Steel Management Development Centre.

Before Tata Steel, they were the Vice President of Learning, OD & Talent Management at Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. from 2009 to 2016.

Dr. Nerayanuri also has experience as the AVP & Global Head of Organization Development at Hexaware Technologies Limited from 2007 to 2008.

Dr. Pradeep'searlier roles include being a Principal Consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting from 2006 to 2007, Head of Management Development at CEAT Limited from 2005 to 2006, Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at Cyient from 2004 to 2005, Director of Corporate Consultancy & Training at YCTS Pvt. Ltd. from 2000 to 2004, and Associate Consultant at YCTS Pvt. Ltd. from 1991 to 1995.

Dr. Pradeep Nerayanuri earned a Ph.D in Organizational Behaviour, Design and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Andhra University, from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Dr. Pradeep Nerayanuri has obtained various certifications in areas such as coaching, team roles, organization development, and assessment tools.
