Karthik Challa

Karthik Challa has extensive experience in software testing and engineering. Karthik started their career in 2009 as a System Maintenance role at Balaji Computers. Later, they pursued their education as a Graduate Student at JNTU Hyderabad from 2009 to 2013. In 2015, Karthik joined STIGENTECH IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as a Software Test Engineer, where they provided IT solutions and services to enterprises worldwide. Karthik worked there until 2018 and then moved to ProArch as a Software Test Engineer. At ProArch, Karthik received career guidance and support for their professional development. Currently, they are working at Adaps as an Associate Test Lead and Senior Test Engineer, starting in 2021.

Karthik Challa's education history is as follows:

- From 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Concordia University.

- From 2009 to 2013, Karthik completed their Bachelor's degree in C.S.E at Hasvita Institute Of Engineering And TechnologyJNTU.

- In 2007, they obtained an intermediate degree from Sri Chaitanya Junior KalasalaIntermediate Board.

- In the same year, they also obtained a secondary education degree from SSC Board.

- From 2004 to 2007, Karthik attended Sri Krishnaveni Talent School and completed their SSC certificate.

- Furthermore, from 1997 to 2003, they completed their primary schooling at Atomic Energy Central School, studying Maths, Science, History, and Language.

In addition to their formal education, Karthik Challa has obtained various certifications:

- In April 2023, they obtained the certification of Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) from Pearsonvue.

- In November 2022, they became a Selenium Professional certified by Vskills - India's Largest Certification Body.

- In February 2021, Karthik obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.

- In January 2016, they received the AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist certification from Aspiring Minds.

- Also in January 2016, they obtained the AMCAT Certified Telesales Professional certification from Aspiring Minds.

- In June 2015, Karthik received the Certificate of Continuing Education in Youth Development and Leadership from ExpertOnlineTraining.

- Similarly, in June 2014, they obtained the same certificate from ExpertOnlineTraining, along with the Certificate of Continuing Education in Youth Development and Leadership: Camp Sparta Excellence 1 and Camp Sparta Excellence 2.

- Additionally, in May 2014, they obtained another Certificate of Continuing Education in Youth Development and Leadership from ExpertOnlineTraining.
