Michael da Silva

Michael Da Silva is a seasoned professional in software development and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Adapt IT (Pty) Ltd since March 2020, where responsibilities include the development of strategic objectives and oversight of annual planning processes. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated extensive experience at ThoroughTec Simulation from October 2008 to March 2020, where positions included Software Development Manager, focusing on a new business value proposition for mining solutions, Software Project Manager, and Software Developer, contributing to simulation software for heavy equipment.
