Andre Serrano

Andre Serrano is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Adaptavist since October 2018, where leadership is provided to a team of eight product managers overseeing a diverse portfolio of eight innovative products. Prior roles include Lead Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Adaptavist, focusing on strategic alignment and cross-product initiatives in a rapidly growing environment. Earlier positions include Product Manager at Victor, where internal costs were reduced while maintaining user experiences, and Product Owner at Reed Exhibitions, responsible for developing a global digital product aligned with business strategies. Andre began a career in design and marketing, advancing from Web Designer Trainee at Idelco to Senior Designer at IBRC, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Analysis from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, along with a Scrum Product Owner Certification.
