David Ennion

David Ennion has a strong background in project management and technology roles. David started their career as a Project Manager at Logica in 1988 and worked there for 12 years. David then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Smarter Retail Solutions from 2000 to 2002. After that, they joined Cable & Wireless as a Development Manager for the NHSmail program, where they remained until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at WTG, overseeing projects for the police and the Metropolitan Police website. David then moved to LeasePlan as a Technical Delivery Lead in 2013, where they implemented a Salesforce CRM solution. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Engine Group for a digital transformation program for a major high-street bank. In 2014, they became a Senior Project Manager at Nansen, leading the redevelopment of the public website for the International Baccalaureate. In 2015, they worked as the Head of Programme Management at Web Technology Group. David then joined Civica Digital in 2017 as a Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Professional Services Operations at Adaptavist since May 2021 and previously served as the Head of UK Consultancy.

David Ennion obtained a BSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent, which they attended from 1982 to 1985. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include being a Certified ScrumMaster, which they obtained from Scrum Alliance in April 2015. David also obtained the Microsoft Project 2010 Advanced certification in January 2013. Furthermore, they obtained NPPV Security Clearance from Warwickshire Police in May 2012, and Agile Project Management - Practitioner certification from APMG-International in September 2011. David also completed an Introduction to Contract Law course from Reed Learning in July 2008 and obtained the PRINCE2 - Practitioner certification from APMG-International in September 2006. Most recently, in April 2017, they obtained SC Security Clearance.
