Phil H.

Phil H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Consumer Lending Representative at TD, before joining Lockheed Martin in 2008 as a Materials Expeditor. In 2009, they became an FP&A Analyst at Lockheed Martin. Phil then joined Accenture in 2014 as a Procurement BPO Delivery Manager. In 2011, they returned to Lockheed Martin and took on various roles, including Subcontract Manager and Aegis System Assembly Supervisor. From 2018 to 2022, Phil worked at Axalta, where they held positions such as Global Category Manager and Global Source to Pay Transformation Leader. Currently, since 2022, they are employed at AdaptHealth as Senior Director of Supply Chain Process Performance.

Phil H. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Drexel University. Phil also holds a Graduate Certificate in Operational Leadership and Organizational Management from the same university.
