Rachel Collins Clarke

Rachel Collins Clarke serves as a Senior Director and Senior Associate Counsel at Adaptimmune, advising on the launch of afami-cel, an investigational T-cell therapy, and collaborating on market access efforts. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Director and Senior Counsel at Spark Therapeutics, where legal advising encompassed various commercial teams, negotiation of agreements, and management of commercial litigation matters. Rachel’s previous experience also includes partnership at Cozen O'Connor, representing clients in regulated areas, and serving as an Assistant District Attorney, where over 100 trials were led. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary.
