Vlad Talyanskiy

Vlad Talyanskiy has extensive work experience in the information technology field. Vlad began their career at Lucent Technologies in 2000, where they served as a Web Developer, Intranet Administrator, and SharePoint Administrator/Developer. Vlad then worked as a Systems/SharePoint Administrator at Fast Search Transfer from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Talyanskiy joined Microsoft as a SharePoint Consultant before moving to John Hancock in 2008. At John Hancock, they held the position of Director Collaboration and Enterprise Architecture, where they developed program strategy, managed relationships, and enforced governance and development policies. From 2012 to 2016, Talyanskiy worked at MassMutual Financial Group as a SharePoint Architect, leading the transition of business-critical applications to SharePoint 2010. Vlad then joined Biogen as a Collaboration Solutions Service Manager and Solutions Architect, responsible for delivering cost-balanced business solutions. Talyanskiy served as the Associate Director - Principal Infrastructure and Collaboration Architect at Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Oncology from 2018 to 2021, overseeing multi-year road mapping and vendor relationships. Before joining TCR² Therapeutics Inc. in 2022, Talyanskiy worked at Thrive as a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Solutions Engagement Manager and Architect, where they built long-term client relationships and implemented custom solutions. Currently, Talyanskiy holds the position of Associate Director of Information Technology at Adaptimmune, starting in 2023.

Vlad Talyanskiy pursued their education with a focus on physical therapy and construction. From 1995 to 1998, they attended Newbury College, where they obtained an Associate in Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they attended Kharkiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Construction.

In addition to their formal education, Vlad Talyanskiy also holds various certifications from Microsoft. In 2012, they obtained the certification of "Microsoft Certified Professional: Microsoft Certified Profession" and "Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist: SharePoint 2010, Configuration." Furthermore, in 2021, they successfully completed the "Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals" certification. Vlad also has a certification in "MOSS 2007, Configuration, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)," although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
