Barbara Sandoval Duke

Barbara Sandoval Duke serves as a Research Scientist at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since September 2021, where responsibilities include optimizing experimental design for ADCC and ADCP assays and assessing novel antibody performance through various assays. Previously, Barbara discovered T-cell receptors from donor repertoires and verified their activity through immunology assays at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Research Associate II at San Jose State University from September 2018 to December 2020, where Barbara also worked as a Teaching Associate. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Biology from San Jose State University, obtained in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the same institution, completed in 2018.
