Erin Calfee

Erin Calfee is a skilled computational biologist currently working at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., where responsibilities include developing and testing models to predict TCR-pMHC binding, as well as identifying key predictors of T-cell receptor discovery for personalized cancer therapies. Prior to this, Erin served as a statistical geneticist at the University of California, Davis, focusing on genetic admixture and its implications for natural selection as part of a Ph.D. program in Population Biology under Dr. Graham Coop. Additional experience includes a data science internship at Bayer Crop Science, conducting human-subject research at the UC Davis MIND Institute, and teaching GRE and GMAT preparation courses at Kaplan Test Prep. Erin holds a BA in History from Brown University and a Ph.D. from UC Davis.
