Paolo Pochendorfer

Paolo Pochendorfer is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since October 2021, Paolo manages daily activities and oversees engineering functions. Previously, as Global Software Group Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America, Paolo led a team in developing embedded Linux software to enhance patient data exchange systems. At Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Paolo served as Software Group Manager and Software Program Manager, focusing on machine learning-based image processing for ophthalmic applications.
