Serena Lu-Tom

Serena Lu-Tom has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Since June 2022, they have been working as the Director of GTM Engagement & Strategic Operations at Workday Adaptive Planning. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Staff to the General Manager of the Business Unit at the same company from June 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Workday Adaptive Planning, Serena worked at Workday from 2017 to 2020. Serena held the position of Corporate Development Senior Manager from June 2018 to June 2020, and previously worked as a Corporate Development Associate from June 2017 to June 2018.

Serena's earlier experience includes roles at Stifel Financial Corp. and Houlihan Lokey. At Stifel Financial Corp., they worked as an Investment Banking Associate from June 2016 to June 2017 and as an Investment Banking Analyst from June 2013 to June 2016. Serena also had a summer role as a Summer Investment Banking Intern at Houlihan Lokey in 2012.

Serena Lu-Tom attended NYU Stern School of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance.
