Liran Nisman

Liran Nisman has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Liran is currently the Head of HR at Adaptive Shield since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a People Consultant (HRBP) at Google from January 2022 to February 2023. Liran also held the role of HRBP at Siemplify (Now Part of Google Cloud) from November 2019 to January 2022. Prior to their time at Google, Liran worked at IBM, where they served as HR, Talent Acquisition Leader from June 2014 to November 2019, and as an Administrator and HR Representative from July 2012 to May 2014. Liran started their career as a Placement Consultant at Hever Human Capital from 2011 to 2012 and as a Career Advisor at STRIVE! from 2009 to 2011. Liran also served as a Commander at the IDF induction center in the Israel Defense Forces from 2004 to 2006.

Liran Nisman pursued their education beginning in 2008 at the College of Management, Rishon L'Zion. Liran completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Social Sciences in 2011. Continuing their academic journey, they joined Tel Aviv University in 2012, where they successfully graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Labor Studies in 2014.
