Dr. Hatamleh gained research experience as a Research Assistant and Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Texas at Dallas from 2015 to 2019. Mohammad Issa also worked as a Reliability-Inspection Engineer at Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company Ltd. from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on ensuring the reliability and integrity of equipment.

In 2010, Dr. Hatamleh worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company Ltd., where they developed specifications for critical equipment and provided technical support to optimize operations. Mohammad Issa also worked as a Sales and Technical Support Engineer at Bosch Car Service in the same year, where they conducted diagnostics on vehicles and delivered training sessions on new diagnostic devices.

Mohammad Issa Hatamleh, Ph.D. received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hashemite University from 2006 to 2010. Mohammad Issa went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Jordan University of Science and Technology, completing it from 2011 to 2013. Lastly, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating in 2019.
