Lawrence Okware

Lawrence Okware has extensive experience in project management and advocacy, currently serving as a Project Officer at Amref Health Africa-Uganda since May 2015. In addition, Lawrence has been a Research and Advocacy Officer at the Refugee Law Project, Faculty of Law, Makerere University, since June 2010, where responsibilities include conducting field interviews, writing field briefs and reports, facilitating high-profile focus group discussions, and developing concept papers. Lawrence holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Democracy and Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi, obtained in 2012, with a focus on good governance, project management, and research.
