Ghaleb El Masri is an accomplished business leader with a diverse background in management consulting, business transformation, and operational excellence. Currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at ADAPTOVATE, Ghaleb specializes in organizational transformation aligned with agile principles. As the Founder and Director of 1205 Consulting Inc., Ghaleb advises on strategy planning, growth strategies, and profit optimization. Additionally, Ghaleb leads the Canadian operations for Virtual i Technologies, supporting innovative risk-assessment solutions in the insurance sector. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at NN, where Ghaleb was instrumental in the health insurance business, and significant positions at ING, focusing on divestment programs across various geographical regions.
