Ana Sofia Assis

Ana Sofia Assis is currently the Head of Engineering at Adapttech. Ana Sofia oversees and supports various teams in moving the company's products forward. With experience as a Senior Biomedical Engineer, Ana Sofia mentors and guides career development within the Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Team. As a Junior Biomedical Engineer, Ana Sofia focuses on developing computer vision and data processing pipelines. Previously, Ana Sofia worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at INESC Technology and Science and The University of Glasgow, where Ana Sofia contributed to projects related to patient evaluation and muscle fatigue reduction. Ana holds an Integrated Master's degree in Bioengineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
