Heather Brown

Heather Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather is currently a Technical Product Manager at AdaptX, a company that provides Adaptive Clinical Management solutions, allowing clinicians to effectively manage care using their own EMR data. Prior to this, Heather was a Program Management Lead at BigBear.ai, where they worked on product development. Heather also co-owned jeffQuery and held the role of Project Manager/ScrumMaster from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they have worked at Accretive Technology Group as a Product Manager, Lead Program Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager. Heather's earlier roles include Director of Operations at Rainmaker Creative, Sr. Project Manager and Intern at Zipline Interactive, and Assistant Editor Intern at Get Lit!, where they gained experience in writing, editing, and design.

Heather Brown has a diverse education history. Heather began their academic journey at Whitworth University between 2004 and 2007 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Later, they attended Eastern Washington University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Technical Communications. Moving forward, Heather pursued higher education at Boston University from 2012 to 2014, completing a Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on IT Project Management. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in February 2015, ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) from the Project Management Institute in March 2018, and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from The International Association of Privacy Professionals in June 2018.
