Caitlin Mcgrath

Caitlin McGrath has a diverse background in development studies and social impact measurement. Currently serving as the Director of Impact and Best Practice at Adara Group, Caitlin oversees a strategic plan in Uganda and Nepal. Prior to this, Caitlin was the CEO of Love Mercy Foundation, where Caitlin significantly increased income and impact in Ugandan communities. As a Strategic Advisor at Philanthropic Trusts & Family Foundations, Caitlin consults with private donors to establish impactful partnerships. With a strong educational foundation from UNSW and Institut d'études du développement de la Sorbonne, Caitlin is well-equipped to make a difference in the field of social impact.
