Pragya Lamsal

Pragya Lamsal is a Knowledge Sharing Manager at Adara Group and a Lecturer at Shepherd College of Media Technology. Prior to these roles, Pragya worked as a Senior Participatory Action Researcher at Voice of Children, Communication and Documentation Officer at CBM International, Communications Officer at WaterAid, and as a Reporter at The Rising Nepal. Pragya has a Master's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication & English from Kathmandu Model College. With a background in communication, research, and journalism, Pragya has extensive experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, media relations, advocacy, and storytelling.
