Adara Home Health is a Medicare Certified, Class A licensed home health care agency that provides comprehensive health care services to clients of all ages, from newborn to elderly, in their own homes. Experienced caregivers provide services prescribed by the client’s physician up to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with reimbursement from individuals, Medicare, private insurance, HMO/PPO, Medicaid and County funding.

Our corporate office is located in Buffalo, Minnesota. Direct client care is provided to all ages within 60 of Minnesota's 87 counties through a network of eight offices located in Blaine, Buffalo, Fairmont, Granite Falls, Hutchinson, Mankato, Rochester and St. Cloud.
