Neal Dillman

Neal Dillman is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Product Development at ADB SAFEGATE, where leadership involves overseeing a team dedicated to developing aviation technology solutions for regulatory agencies such as the FAA. Prior to this role, Neal was the Chief Technology Officer at All Weather, Inc., leading the design and delivery of aviation technology solutions while cultivating business partnerships to enhance system outreach. Previous experience includes serving as a Systems Architect at Hewlett-Packard, where Neal contributed to the development of the manufacturing execution platform utilized globally, along with similar roles at NEC Electronics, Morgan Stanley, and IPM. Neal's early career began as a LAN Analyst at The Copeland Companies. Educational qualifications include studies at Rutgers University and the University of Maryland, complemented by a high school diploma from North Brunswick Township High School.
