Ilaria Conti

Ilaria Conti has extensive experience in the field of oncology and clinical development. Ilaria currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Early Stage Clinical Development - Oncology at ADC Therapeutics since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AstraZeneca as an Executive Director, Early Clinical Development, Oncology from August 2020 to March 2023.

Before joining AstraZeneca, Ilaria held various roles at EMD Serono, Inc. including Executive Medical Director from January 2020 to August 2020, and Senior Medical Director, Immuno Oncology from April 2017 to January 2020.

Ilaria has also gained experience at Eli Lilly and Company, where they served as Global Medical Affairs Lead - Oncology from February 2016 to March 2017, Senior Medical Advisor from July 2014 to January 2017, and Senior Medical Advisor, Early Phase Oncology from October 2011 to July 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company from 2006 to 2010.

Ilaria's career began at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow from November 2001 to November 2004. Ilaria also has experience as a Specialist in Pulmonology at Universita' di Pisa from 1997 to 2001. Ilaria then pursued their MD degree at Università di Pisa from 1990 to 1996. Following that, they obtained the degree of Specialist in respiratory medicine from the same university, from 1997 to 2001. Finally, they completed their education by earning a PhD in Medicine at Università di Pisa from 2001 to 2004.
