Lolke de Haan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of toxicology. Lolke currently holds the position of VP, Toxicology at ADC Therapeutics, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Toxicology at ADC Therapeutics from January 2020 to May 2023.

Before joining ADC Therapeutics, Lolke de Haan worked at AstraZeneca as the Head of Biologics Safety from April 2019 to January 2020. Lolke de Haan began their career as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Solvay Pharmaceuticals in 1998, followed by a position as a Senior Postdoctoral Scientist at the University of Bristol from 1999 to 2003.

Lolke de Haan's education history begins in 1986, when they enrolled at the University of Groningen. Lolke pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a focus on Biochemistry, which they completed in 1992. Continuing their academic journey, Lolke then joined the same institution for a postgraduate program in Medical Sciences. From 1993 to 1998, they dedicated their time to this program, which ultimately granted him a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Overall, Lolke de Haan demonstrated a commitment to scientific education, spanning from biochemistry to medical sciences, during their time at the University of Groningen.
