Jada Baijnath

Jada Baijnath has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jada currently holds the role of Director of Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff at ADC Therapeutics, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development and Alliance Management at ADC Therapeutics from October 2022 to July 2023. Before joining ADC Therapeutics, Jada worked at Komodo Health as an Area Vice President and later as a Senior Associate in Life Sciences Account Strategy. Jada has also worked at ClearView Healthcare Partners as a Consultant, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Jada's earlier experiences include being an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Princeton University, an Intern at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and a Researcher at the Rockefeller University.

Jada Baijnath has a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University. Prior to attending Princeton, they attended Poly Prep Country Day School. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in Power BI Top Skills from LinkedIn in January 2022.
