Sharon Levy

Sharon Levy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sharon currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of the US People Team at ADC Therapeutics, a biotech company specializing in ADC therapies. In this role, they support executives across the organization and leads the US People Team.

Prior to their current position, Sharon held the role of Senior Director and Head of the US People Team at ADC Therapeutics, where they played a pivotal role in building out the HR team and implementing people-focused programs and benefits. Before joining ADC Therapeutics, Sharon worked as a Senior Director in the People Team at FerGene, a uro-oncology company focused on gene therapy treatment for bladder cancer.

Sharon also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having served as the Human Resources Lead for the Oncology division at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where they played a key role in building and launching a novel gene therapy for bladder cancer. Sharon also worked as the Director of Human Resources for North America at Ipsen, providing strategic and operational support to the Commercial and Corporate Functions.

Earlier in their career, Sharon held various HR positions at Sanofi, Phoenix Group, Berlex Pharmaceuticals, Odyssey Pharmaceuticals, Principal Financial Group, and Villa Enterprises Management. At these companies, they were involved in a wide range of HR functions, including talent management, performance management, compensation planning, and employee development.

Sharon Levy obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University between 1994 and 1998.
