Faisal Shehzad Khan

Faisal Shehzad Khan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in banking technology management. Currently serving as the IT Systems Manager for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since December 2006, Faisal oversees the 24x7 support operation for the bank's critical systems and drives digital transformation initiatives while managing staffing, budgeting, and IT application integration. Previously, Faisal held roles including Project Manager IT for Alternate Delivery Channels and Senior E-Channel Analyst, ensuring high availability and performance across various channels. Earlier career positions include Manager of Alternate Channels at KASB Bank, E-Banking Officer at Saudi Pak Commercial Bank, and System Analyst/Developer at MyBank Ltd. Faisal holds an MBA from the University of Atlanta and a BSC in Computer Science from Bahria University.
