Nikos Kritselis

Nikos Kritselis has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Nikos has held various roles in companies such as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, HSBC, Citi, Intertrust, and Bank of Cyprus.

At Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, they worked as the Lead for Card Products starting in 2023.

At HSBC, they held several positions including Cards Product Manager for UAE & MENAT, Cards Product Manager for UAE, and Cards Portfolio Manager for UAE & MENA. In these roles, they were responsible for managing credit and debit card products, developing rewards programs and partnerships, driving sustainability initiatives, implementing digital initiatives, and providing training to sales teams.

At Citi, Nikos held roles such as Travel Cobrand Cards Manager for UAE & Bahrain, Diners Club Products & Rewards Programs Manager, EMEA Cards Rewards Manager, Rewards Programs Manager, Merchant Acquiring Manager, Head of Cards Marketing Communication, and Cards Marketing Communication Specialist. Nikos was involved in managing rewards programs, launching new programs, growing merchant acceptance, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing marketing communication campaigns.

At Intertrust, they worked as a Direct Marketing & Communication Officer, where they managed marketing communications, ensured regulatory compliance, and collaborated with sales teams on product development and customer events.

At Bank of Cyprus, Nikos held the position of Marketing Communication Officer, where they focused on delivering marketing materials, managing external stakeholder relationships, and optimizing production processes to achieve cost savings.

Nikos also has prior experience in the Hellenic Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer and completed an undergraduate internship in the Human Resources Department of Siemens S.A.

Nikos Kritselis studied Marketing & Advertising from 1993 to 1997 at Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Athinas, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Additionally, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1996, focusing on International Business & Management.
