Craig Spry has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 1997. Craig began their career as a Programmer at Neumaflo Australia in 1997. In 2001, they moved to Redflex Traffic Systems as a Team Leader, where they developed and implemented a pioneering point-to-point enforcement system, back-office processing systems for traffic enforcement and a camera monitoring system. These innovations had a measurable impact on road users safety and a reduction of operation and maintenance costs of running a network of cameras. The systems were implemented in Australia, US and Middle East. In 2012, Craig joined Solar Systems as a Software Engineer, where they built the largest concentrated solar plant in Australia and delivered one to Saudi-Arabia as well. Craig optimized the motion control system, resulting in an increase of the system's energy production by 30%. In 2015, Craig assumed the role of CTO at Adcoin, where they contributed to innovative initiatives such as blockchain, machine learning, artificial intelligence, advanced input methods, internal/external data integrations, business intelligence and building a real-time system architecture. Craig also oversaw the launch of the platform and successfully scaled it up to deliver millions of engagements.
Craig Spry completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Physics and Computing from Victoria University between 1994 and 1997. Craig also obtained a BA in Applied Physics and Computing from Victoria University of Technology between 1994 and 1996.
