Tiina Lappalainen

Tiina Lappalainen has a long and varied work experience. Tiina began their career in 2001 as an IT Consultant at C-visions Oy, an organization managed by their brother and herself. Tiina then worked as an IT Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim Finland from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Xtralis as an IT Specialist, where they were responsible for global governance, operations, and project management. In 2010, they moved to Amplifon as Director IT Asia Pacific and IT Manager Australia, where they helped to prepare ICT strategy for the sale process. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Founder and CEO of TPL Partners, an IT management consulting company. From 2019 to 2023, they worked as Global Head of Data & IT at Futurice, COO and Management Consultant at Etevä Tietopalveluyhtiö, and Co-founder & CPO at ForteAI.

Tiina Lappalainen obtained their B.Sc. (eng) in Industrial engineering and IT from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences between 1999 and 2003. In October 2020, they obtained a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
