The team is composed of individuals who have worked at various companies, including SR-Bank, Figgjo, and Gjensidige Forsikring. Furthermore, the team has a wealth of experience in managing and directing businesses, as well as in technical areas such as well engineering and drilling. Finally, the team members hold degrees from prestigious universities, including the University of Oslo, the University of Glasgow, and NTNU.
