Anna Patton is currently working as the Head of Talent at Add3, overseeing hiring efforts and serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries. With experience at Nordstrom, Tailored Brands, Betts Recruiting, and Tesla, Anna has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, consistently achieving top time to hire rates and exceeding quotas. Anna is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Analytics and Management at American University, building on their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Santa Clara University.
