Madeline McDonough has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to 2022, they have held various roles in the entertainment, food service, childcare, and administrative industries. In 2015, they began as an Entertainment Coordinator at It's2cool, where they were responsible for delivering warm greetings and checking in guests to each party, as well as supervising both children and parents throughout the party experience. In 2017, they were promoted to Manager at the same company, where they marketed, led, and managed an entertainment facility, conducted interviews, and trained all party host employees. In 2019, they worked as a Barista at Marylous Coffee Shop, where they took food, coffee, and other beverage orders and prepared them for customers quickly and effectively. In 2020, they worked as a Nanny & Household Manager at Nanny Care, where they provided safety, care, and entertainment to children between the ages of one and ten years old, as well as aided in homeschooling and hybrid school set up due to COVID-19.
