Rachel Aiello

Manager, Client & Media Services at AdDaptive Intelligence

Rachel Aiello has held multiple roles in the marketing field since 2018. Rachel began their career as a Marketing Intern at Galaxy Media Company, where they researched trends on social media and coordinated social media campaigns for upcoming events that increased awareness. Rachel also researched and created sponsorship packages for an upcoming event that resulted in four new sponsors, and implemented non-traditional methods of promoting the organization's new summer event through bloggers.

In 2018, Aiello also held the role of Economic Project Lead at Enactus, where they consulted with Om Nohm Gluten Free Bakery to implement a store front through brand management and marketing. Rachel implemented a strategic marketing plan for Om Nohm Gluten Free that drove business growth by exceeding financial projections and increasing soical media engagement by 11%. Additionally, they consulted with a local start up business, The Barn, to create its brand through competitor analyses and an implementation plan.

Also in 2018, Aiello was the President of the American Marketing Association, where they created and facilitated bi-weekly meetings and events. This included preparing PowerPoints, generating topics and determining the structure of the meeting/event to ensure the club was meeting its educational objectives. Rachel also attended Business Advisory Council meetings regularly each month and attened bi-weekly meetings with the club's Faculty Advisor.

Finally, since 2019, Aiello has been employed at AdDaptive Intelligence, Inc., where they have held the roles of Manager, Client & Media Services, Senior Programmatic Account Manager, Programmatic Account Manager, and Programmatic Account Coordinator.

Rachel Aiello graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing and Public Relations, Summa Cum Laude.
