Prior to this role, Xaviera held various positions at Stifel Financial Corp. from December 2015 to November 2021, including Branch Manager and Head of Business Strategy & Oversight. With experience at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management and Lehman Brothers Inc., Xaviera has a strong background in finance and sales. Xaviera holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Management from Florida State University.
