Ashley Willhite

Ashley Willhite is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of UX at Addi since May 2022, Ashley previously held key roles at Peloton Interactive from February 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Director of Product Design and UX Lead. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Interaction Designer on contract at Fjord, Senior UX Designer and Content Strategist at PayPal, and Design Thinking Specialist at Openbox. Early career highlights include a director role in Community Centered Design at New York Restoration Project and a role as Environmental Educator at NYS Department of Environmental Conservation. Ashley is an alumna of Vassar College.
